My name is Carrie & I am the Owner/Artist of Wildcat Lily Design Art. I am 45 & loving it! 2 years ago I found my passion for Art with Acrylic Paint Pouring. I took an Art Business Course , watched many tutorials & videos about this medium. I was hooked from the start! In my mind this was going to be Easy, learning a few things , but easy none the less. Boy was I wrong. Once I got through the initial learning curve I began to feel more comfortable and confident. I still watched tutorial after tutorial about Paint Pouring. But after. a while I started to think about expanding my abilities to using Acrylics with brushes, pallet knives and everything else under the sun to use as tools. This is when I switched over from Pouring to straight acrylic painting. I strive to learn more and more every day. I practice sketching & drawing with graphite, charcoal, colored pencils & soft and oil pastels. I am proud of how far I’ve come but I will always strive to improve and grow.
