"My name is Miabo Enyadike I am originally from Nigeria but I reside in South Africa. I am a professional fine artist, an art blogger, Artprenuer with over 28 years of practice. My art blog https://artmiabo.blogspot.com/ is how I share my art and exhibitions with the world. My Art style is Abstract Expressionism, this style entails colorful abstract painting with Ink on Paperboard, where colors play a more important role than the subject matter. I have a degree honors in fine and applied art from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, west Africa. I have participated in several international Exhibitions and Local exhibitions. Some of my art are currently in a permanent collection at Museum de St Frajou, in France. https://www.musee-saint-frajou.com/fr-accueil/collection-en-ligne/ I was awarded a Ford foundation award in 2016 for Contemporary Art . I currently reside in South Africa."

Biography

My name is Miabo Enyadike, a fine a graduate and art professional for 28 yrs. My medium is Ink and my style is abstract expressionism

2006 I was awarded a Ford Foundation award/grant for contemporary art by the Terakulture Nigeria (Nigerian Institute of Art).
In 2017 Exceptional Service to Fellow Artist Award by the prestigious College of Art and Design, Yaba Tech, Lagos Nigeria.

My Painting Chaos and Confusion used by students in Stafford County Schools and Chesterfield County Public Schools, west Virginia to create sonic sound music as a way to relieve themselves during the virtual learning period, as Covid surged, with the help of www.lightthemusic.com

Two of my Artworks Faces and Expressions of women are in the Permanent Collection of the Musee de Peinture de Saint-franjou in France.

I have been interviewed extensively about my work on T.V, Podcast and Print media.

And I have participated in several group and solo exhibitions in my art career, it is well documented online.
