"I create acrylic works, mainly with the hollyhocks.
The language of the hoozki flower has been described negatively as lies and falsehoods.
So why do I choose it as a motif?
On the contrary, I think it expresses the truth.
When the hoozuki fruit dies, only the veins of the leaves remain, revealing the round fruit inside.
This is a true representation of the truth, with nothing to hide.
Modern society has become so chaotic that it is difficult to know what is true and what is a lie.
It's in times like these that I express through Hootsuzuki the importance of living honestly in our own hearts."
