This is a mandala piece from the latest series "Wonky Tunes".
Wonky Tunes (wobbly and unstable) is a concept that I have consistently worked with in the past, in which parts of a distorted character follow the curvilinear shapes of nature, seemingly irregular and yet regular, and are integrated into a whole as if playing a melody, and something new is reconstructed.
This is a concept that I have consistently worked on in the past.

I use cartoon characters to express the laws of nature that are regular and beautiful when observed closely.
The radial characters change their appearance depending on the direction of the canvas and whether they are viewed from a close-up or a close-down perspective.

The viewer can freely connect the lines in his/her mind to change the way of seeing.
Just as a single object can be viewed in various ways depending on multiple interpretations, the characters in the paintings also create various expressions depending on how they are viewed.
