Hand embroidery on felt with black embroidery thread. I don't do rough drafts or drafts, I just sew what comes into my mind. I create my works as if I am expanding the world. I don't use any special embroidery thread. I choose to sew with a single thread (embroidery thread is usually composed of 6 fine threads). I believe this is the best way to produce clean lines. All of the solid black parts of the work are also sewn together with fine thread. It is not that I am particular about it, but I just have an intuition while sewing, like, "I like solid black here! I sew by intuition. I take my time to stitch each and every line, and it is like an adventure to create each and every stitch.
