Concept

Through color, textures, and facial expressions, Alejarte shares her evolution and emotional world. The lighter and pastel tones represent depression, apathy, and loneliness, although at first impression, her facial expression does not seem so, is there. The more intense colors, shapes, and textures are the result of her inner work that begins to give results. Alejarte wants to share with each work the love for oneself and for each way of life. She wants to inspire self-knowledge, introspection, to look at oneself.
