Concept

I usually create a series of images - collages that connect a certain element. It can be, for example, background material, color, theme. I also like to materialize my clothing collections in collages. For the last year I have also been creating three-dimensional objects and assemblages. In my work I use recycling, upcycling of various objects. The main color of the last period is gold I like to try new techniques, I combine the seemingly incompatible ones: techniques, female elements with technical ones, etc.

Biography

Eva Plzáková, nick Eva Sil INSPIRATION - designer, owner of my own clothing brand Siluet YOGA WEAR.
I am a personal trainer and practice and teach yoga for pleasure.
Born and live in Prague, Czech republic. I grew up in an artistically based family and my great wish was to study art. But my path to my main profession, clothing design and design was more difficult, because the political regime at the time did not wish for intellectual and artistic development. I had to try even harder and tested my determination.
I discovered collage art as a child, I admired the collages of the excellent Czech actor and artist Miroslav Horníček and started creating my very first works. With a longer break, I returned to collage all the more passionately about 7 years ago.
I create collages out of love and I really enjoy looking for my new technologies and materials for my work. I like to try new techniques, I combine the seemingly incompatible ones: techniques, female elements with technical ones, etc. For the last year I have also been creating three-dimensional objects and assemblages.
I participate in local and international invitations and exhibitions of collages and mail art.
My participation here I take as an amazing opportunity to present my work worldwide.
