Alina Ratc is a graphic artist. She was born on January 3, 1991 in the small northern city of Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. Since her childhood, Alina has been drawing and always dreamt of becoming an artist. In 2008, she entered the art college in the city of Norilsk to study decorative and applied art. She studied there for several years. In 2011, her mother, who was the only one who raised her and her two brothers, died. Alina then passed through several years of depression and captured all her emotions on paper and canvas. For a long time, she tried to recover from her loss, but while thinking about suicide. In 2013, she traveled to the city of St. Petersburg. And fell in love with this city. Its incredible architecture and beauty still inspires Alina to this day.

In 2015, Alina got into a terrible accident. Doctors saved her and brought her back from the other world. For a year and a half, Alina was bedridden and could only move her hands. She wrote down her ideas in a notebook and then began to gradually embody them in her sketches.

In 2017, Alina moved to Moscow, studied nanotechnologies and was totally inspired by them. Then she traveled to Tokyo, Japan, for two months and later on lived in Bali, Indonesia, for a year. She worked, created footwear and leather accessories and at the same time painted her pictures. Later, in 2019, she returned to St. Petersburg and since that time has been working and creating paintings from home.
