Immersion in other cultures changes us and our understanding of the world as a whole. Perhaps this is due to childhood, since my family often moved, my dad was a border guard. I am overwhelmed with emotions and impressions with which I want to share with the world. It can be a city, a country, people, something emotionally important that touches me. Traveling is a creative inspiration for me.

Traveling allows you to accumulate memories, particles of which will sometimes emerge in your memory and warm your soul. Even at the most unexpected moment! This happened to me during quarantine, when the whole world paused. Only my travel memories allowed me to start working on a new series of Memory Cells. Our memory is very selective; I am interested in exploring memory markers. They are many-sided memories: the first kiss, the smile of a baby, the taste of childhood, the smell, why we remember only certain moments in our lives. The first work consists of memories, associations associated specifically with my trip to Portugal. It is made in the style of traditional Portuguese Azulejo tiles. Behind each cell, there is a meaning, color, stories that convey the beauty, joy and delight of visiting Portugal.

Travels are meetings, new acquaintances. After visiting Greece, I had the idea to write about women. I tried to explore the identification of women in this particular country, locality. Beauty is different in its manifestations. Different nationalities are beautiful in their own way. I am interested in achieving harmony in the picture and expressing it through woman and nature! Thus was born a series of works "Women of the World."
