Was born in Tyumen in 1956. He studied at the Moscow People's University named after Krupskaya at the department of easel painting and graphics, graduated in 1979. He began his career as a theater artist in Tyumen, decorated the scenery for performances and concerts, painted numerous playbills and posters.
A special place in the work of Pavel Konstantinovich is the portrait, since it was from drawing portraits in childhood that an interest in art appeared. He painted a large number of portraits both for individuals and for large large organizations in Russia. At the present time he has his own private art gallery in Tyumen on Sadovaya street 3. Is engaged in private teaching of painting. His works are in private collections in Russia, Germany, France, Finland, China, Australia, Italy, Spain, USA, England.
