I am a Japanese artist based in Fukuoka starting in 2019. I was born in Aichi Prefecture, moved from place to place during my childhood, and now live in Fukuoka. I majored in English and American Literature and Linguistics at university, and although I was not involved in art, I spent a lot of time visiting museums during a short study abroad program in Europe. Around 2018, she encountered Indian henna art, which developed from there and led her to painting. While using a brush pen to obtain the fine patterns of henna art, his delicate and bold lines became his trademark. Although he has no professional education in art, he has been active as a self-taught, free-thinking contemporary artist and has received prestigious awards and recognition, including the Hermes International Prize for Advanced Studies and the Grand Prize for Art at home and abroad in 2021. In November 2022, he held his first solo exhibition, followed by another in 2023, which was well received. To show that art knows no borders, he has actively participated in international exhibitions in New York, Miami, Italy, China, Thailand, Spain, Switzerland, India, Georgia, Greece, etc. In 2022, he became the brand ambassador Japan for a gallery in Georgia, which will be held from 2023. He is working for the gallery's world tour and will participate in art events in Jordan in February 2024, Vernice art Fair in Italy in March 2024, and in April 2024 in conjunction with the world's largest NYC NFT event. There will be a permanent exhibit and merchandise sales at the artist store at Parco Tenjin. (Exhibitions) His work has been selected for numerous national and international exhibitions in Tokyo, Italy, Thailand, Switzerland, and Germany. In 2021, a group exhibition selected from all over Japan was held at museums in Tokyo and Nara and received favorable reviews, and he was awarded the Grand Prize of Japan 2021 Academy of Arts in the contemporary art category. Recognized abroad, he was listed as one of 10 up-and-coming artists in the Spanish contemporary art magazine "Artnobel 18". He also received the "Dante Alighieri Award" from a prestigious Italian organization and has been published in "Artnow" magazine and "Il corrieredellarte." In December 2021, he was awarded Italy's prestigious Hermes, messenger of Gods International Higher Art Prize, the only Japanese ever to receive such an award. He has been selected for prestigious exhibitions and art magazine publications in Rome and Milan. He is the recipient of several awards and has been published in several magazines.
