Concept

My perception of art brings controversial and taboo topics into a new kind of light. My aim is to fight against the conservative minds of people and start a revolutionary act of toleration and liberty. I like to depict provocative figures on my paintings, so that you can think about them. I want you to think about why you find the objects and figures"weird" and perhaps change your views on some things, or even share them with myself. Share being a feminist. I want to break taboos and bring controversial topics like nipples, weed, psychadelics, boobs, vulvas, penises etc. into a new, normal, not taboo and different kind of light. Who decided that boobs are not allowed to see the sunlight? Who decided that you are more misterious if you hide yourself? Who decides what is sexual and what not? These questions are the ones that I want you to think about when looking at my art. Additionally, my art is in no way intended to be porn or sexually arrousing; however, if someone does feel this way, it is only because society put the thought in their heads, that naked bodies equal sex. My aim is to change this with art.

I am 20 year old artist, born in 2001. I spent 13 years in Málaga (Spain), now I live in my mother´´'s city, Hamburg (Germany) and I am looking forward to spend this year in Amsterdam (Netherlands).

I am 20 year old artist, born in 2001. I spent 13 years in Málaga (Spain), now I live in my mother´´'s city, Hamburg (Germany) and I am looking forward to spend this year in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
I have been doing art my whole life and had the opportunity to grow up in a creative environment, as many of my family members are artists aswell. I like to use verism (extreme or strict naturalism) when painting and drawing my ideas, but I also combine this with cubism or expressionism sometimes. Most importanly, I am a feminist artist who wants to fight against the conservative minds of people and against the standard roles of our society.
I started to get really into the art business in 2020 and have achieved wonderful things since then. I started a website, which you can visit at clearojas.de and I also got really active on Instagram. You can follow me, my thoughts and my art processes at @kdeclea.
I am a member at Artfactory Graz: https://www.artfactory-graz.at/artist/?p=1837 and had the opportunity to do one social-distancing-friendly pop-up-exhibition at the Taugenichts bar in Hamburg. I am looking forward to get more active in the exhibition area once the pandemic allows it, to get into the scene and be known by more and more people.
