Concept

I tear and cut magazines, old and new. I almost exclusively select images in black and white, and I often intervene on the work with acrylics and watercolors. I put the pieces of paper together without thinking, and what materializes before my eyes it's a surprise, for me too. It's something about my worldview, the representation of the consciousness of the one little girl who becomes a woman, the comparison-clash with men, rebellion against toxic loves, the reflection on the masculine part and the feminine one that constitute every human being, and the power relations that rule our lives.

Biography

I have been making collages since 2011 but I only started exhibiting them about ten years later. Because I didn't think I was an artist.
Now I don't know what I am but I know that I want to continue making them and showing them without fear and without shame.
I did some group shows and a solo show...

I have been making collages since 2011 but I only started exhibiting them about ten years later. Because I didn't think I was an artist.
Now I don't know what I am but I know that I want to continue making them and showing them without fear and without shame.
I did some group shows and a solo show in Rome, where I live.
In addition to that of visual art, I follow in parallel another creative career which is that of writing, and in particular of screenwriting for TV and cinema.
I already imagine how one day these two paths can meet.
