A true invitation to stroll, Stephanie treats the city as a living organ in perpetual evolution. She superposes various techniques to shape each canvas as a man builds his environment with sensitivity and uniqueness. Mixing photography, painting and Indian ink to rebuilt the city through her vision allows her to preserve the authenticity of cultures, the movement of neighborhoods and the uniqueness of each of his photographs. Strongly inspired by the charm of cities, She offers mixed-media with bright and contrasting rendering. On each trip, the artist revisits her vision of the city. It's an artistic stroll that is told and shared in each canvas. The city is treated as a real object of study as well as a source of inspiration. Each architectural element receives an emotion transcribed with vitality by the artist. The urban space is revisited and indicates the playful state of mind of the artist. Stephanie suggests her own sensitivity of urban space. It is inspired by a positivist vision. By bringing particular importance to verticality together with the mixture of movement and immobility of the buildings creates a striking contrast which offers a new proximity to our place of life. Another part of Stephanie’s work is knife painting researching water’s reflection on canvases. The vision of light reflecting on the water with all the little details that appear above and below are painted in flat colors and redrawn with Indian ink to bring movement and refinement to the composition. Stephanie likes to combine the sky and the water, the abstract representation of these elements allows everyone to built his own representation of this poetic landscape.
