My works are the exhibition of concepts such as space, time, physical laws, or of themes such as plagiarism, duplication, and the Internet culture in an art form by utilizing various methods of art, for example, visualizing, sculpting, and 3D printing.
This contemporary practice, "virtual sculptures", is created with Assemblage techniques but unconventionally, in the virtual space which proposes a new take to the history of sculpture. It is built within a computer by assembling digital data collected from the Internet space such as pre-made 3D objects or images.
This act of examining several versions of the realistic yet hypothetical world poses a question on a senseless difference between the real and the fake or the physical and the digital. It implements new order on the objects and space of reality and virtual reality as it moves back and forth between both worlds.
